Mike:Hey, good morning, Monstropolis. It's now five after the hour of 6:00 A.M. in the big monster city. Quote #10
Wendy: He can fly!
John: He can fly!
Michael: He flewed!
Peter Pan: Now you try.
Wendy: I'll think of a mermaid lagoon, underneath a magic moon.
John: I'll think I'm in a pirate's cave.
Michael: I think I'll be an Indian brave.
Peter Pan: Now everybody try.
Wendy, John, Michael, Peter Pan: One, two, three!
Wendy, John, Michael: We can fly! We can fly! We can fly!
[the children all fall to the ground]
Peter Pan: This won't do. What's the matter with you? All it takes is faith and trust. Oh! And something I forgot.
Peter Pan: Dust!
Wendy, John: Dust?
Michael: Dust?
Peter Pan: Yep, just a little bit of pixie dust.
Peter Pan: Now, think of the happiest things. It's the same as having wings

Two really good books!

Well, I really haven't posted an a while. But I have thought of something to post about. You all know how much I love to bake/cook, well I thought that this would be a good thing to post about. These are cookbooks that my mom loves. They are written by a Mennonite lady, and she did a good job writing them.

The first one is the More with Less cookbook. It's got some really good recipes in it.

The second is the Simply in the Season book, this one is not so much about cooking but it's still really good.

Emma Part 1

For my birthday this year my mother and father got me the Emma movie with Romola Garai as Emma. I just loved it. Its funny, long, nice coloring, and most of all I loved Emma's clothes. What did you think? Did you like the 1996 or the 2009 one? I liked some of the people in the old one, but I mostly liked the people in the new one. There will be two posts about this, these are pictures from the first and second episode.

The young little Emma, very cute!

Book List

I love to read! And I hope that you do to,because this post is all about book reviews. If you have any books that you would like me to add just comment and I will read. So with that lets get started with the first book.

The Little House books
by Laura Ingalls Wilder
Ok ok I have only read (and I still am) one of books from this series, but what I have read and what people say they are really good books. They are about a girl named Laura and her family and her dog and things happed to them in every chapter.
Pride and Prejudice
by Jane Austin
This book was awesome. I loved it. And here is what it's about. A young lady named Elizabeth Bennett live in England, with her 4 sisters and her father and mother. She meets a man named Mr. Darcy and at first he does not like him but as the story go's on he finds that he is not that bad of a man at all.
Little Women
by Louisa May Alcott
I was done with this book in about a week. It was really and I mean really good. It reminds me a little of my life. This story is about 4 sisters and how they live their life in the middle of the Civil War time. Their father is gone in the war, and their mother is at work most of the day. The girls have to get jobs to to help their mother out and keep their house in order.
That's most of the books that I have been reading lately, but like I said just comment and I will read. Have a nice day! ~Hannah
If you would like to see more blogs about book reviews, here are some. Hope you will enjoy looking at them.
